Responsibilities:Work with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements.Use traditional and creative sourcing methods to identify high quality candidates for client's needsSourcing and qualifying potential candidates based on technical and soft skills.Internal database searches and online searchesInternet postings, participation in online groups.Sourcing Hard-To-Find candidates via networkingReferralsResponsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positionsWork closely with the candidates on the following:Rate NegotiationResumes Preparation and FormattingInterview SchedulingCoaching candidates on Interview Tips and RequirementClose candidates and 'sell' them on the benefits of our clients, and walking them through the final stages of Hiring ProcessBuild relationships with contractors and consultants and developing a candidate 'pipelines'. Ensure Contractor retention by keeping close contact with contractors in the fieldQualifications:Critical traits you must possess in order to be considered for our opportunity are: A solid, strong work ethic Willingness to work hard Willingness to learn, even if you have years of industry experienceThe love for challengesA competitive drive to succeedThe ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environmentA results oriented attitude3-5 years experience in IT RecruitingExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work on both VMS and direct contact requirements.BA/BS a plus.Local candidates preferred (no relocation available).
