Specialist, Sales Services  QUALIFICATIONS: Two years college or two years experience in customer contact or service areas Seminar courses related to telephone skills and customer relations techniques Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of animal health industry, manufacturing and distribution helpful Ability to work with others, problem solve and balance multiple tasksDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers, handles and/or routes all calls coming into the order entry telephone system Enters sales orders, including EDI sales orders, accurately and in a timely manner for specific distributor accounts as assigned by supervisor.  Processes changes to existing orders as needed Processes all credits for specific distributor accounts in a timely manner.  Issue return authorizations for qualified outdated product returns per BIVI policy.  Process credits for price adjustments or corrections and damaged freight in a timely manner.  Provide information to distribution group leader to file necessary freight claims to recoup losses Works with distributors to resolve issues regarding mis-shipments, damages, lost freight and product refusals.  Works with warehouse personnel and/or freight carriers to investigate order discrepancies Work with technical services and pharmacovigilance group to handle all product complaints and provide resolution to customers through credit or product replacement. Follows SOP’s for proper handling and forms used to comply with government agency guidelines Provide support to sales/marketing, field sales staff and PSV’s.  Placing turnover orders with distributors, movement of short-dated product, allocations, sample orders, trials and complaint settlement Process EDI orders received hourly for frozen products shipped direct to end users.  Handle all special shipping requirements and changes to provide timely shipments to meet producer vaccination schedules Field inquires on product availability, sizes, MSDS sheets, administration customer competitive bids or contracts and current programs from all customer types.  Offer assistance on where to obtain BIVI products Provide support and solutions to distributors to provide BIVI products to market when neededlogET();PauseFooter(false); Corporate Site
