Spécialiste de la formation - poste contractuel : un an

Sommaire du poste :

Le titulaire est principalement chargé d'évaluer les besoins en formation ainsi que d'élaborer et de donner des programmes de formation relatifs à des compétences non techniques (par exemple sur les présentations, la communication, la négociation, la gestion de projet, etc.) La formation donnée vise à améliorer les connaissances et les compétences des employés, et à favoriser la réalisation des objectifs de la Société. Elle est offerte à des particuliers, à de petits groupes, au moyen de webinaires et/ou dans une classe, partout au Canada et parfois aux États-Unis. Le titulaire sera appelé à voyager à plusieurs endroits.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Analyse des besoins et conception - Effectuer l'analyse des besoins comme il est indiqué dans le processus nord-américain pour l'élaboration de cours, et travailler avec l'entreprise pour identifier les impacts mesurables pour l'entreprise. Établir des documents-cadre pour toutes les demandes de développement.

En tant que responsable du processus, le titulaire apportera des solutions pour répondre aux besoins en formation, et créera ou mettra à jour tous les documents, y compris des guides destinés aux participants et aux animateurs et des aide-mémoire. Il intégrera dans ses sessions des théories d'apprentissage accéléré, et il contribuera à la qualité et à l'efficacité de l'équipe Formation et développement.

Évaluation - Fournir de l'information sur l'amélioration du rendement de l'entreprise au moyen de sommaires d'évaluation et de commentaires sur le rendement.

Animation - Animer des ateliers et des sessions individuelles afin d'améliorer les compétences de base dans les délais convenus.

Communication et marketing - Favoriser l'excellence du service en créant et en élaborant des outils de communication afin de tenir les employés au courant des initiatives de formation. Nous fournirons au moment opportun aux employés des renseignements et des outils pour l'amélioration du rendement.

Compétences et expérience :

* Détenir un diplôme universitaire en éducation, en développement organisationnel et/ou en ressources humaines serait un atout.
* Au moins de trois à cinq ans d'expérience dans tous les aspects de la formation et du développement (analyse des besoins, conception pédagogique, animation et évaluation), axée principalement sur les compétences non techniques;
* Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook et Power Point)
* Excellente connaissance de l'anglais

Training Specialist - one year contract

Position Summary:

The incumbent is primarily responsible to assess needs for training and to develop and deliver training programs as they relate to Soft Skills competencies (i.e.: presentations skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, project management…) The training delivered is intended to improve employees' knowledge and abilities and contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives. Training is provided to individuals, small groups, via webinars and/or classroom settings across Canada and at times in the US. The job requires travel to multiple locations. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Needs Analysis and Design -Conduct all needs analysis as outlined in the North American process for course development and work with the business to identify measurable business impacts. Complete scope documents for all development requests.

As Process Owner you will identify and contribute solutions to training needs, create or update all material, including Participants & Facilitator's Guides, Job Aids, and Quick Reference Guides. Your session designs will incorporate Accelerated Learning theories you will contribute to the quality and efficiency of the T&D team.

Evaluation - Provide information about business performance improvement via evaluation summaries and performance feedback.

Facilitation - Facilitate workshops and one-to-one sessions to improve core skills and capabilities within agreed timeframes.

Communication and Marketing - Service excellence is supported by creating and developing communication intermediaries to keep employees informed of training initiatives. We will provide staff with quality performance improvement information & tools in a timely fashion.

Skills and Experience:

* University degree in Education, Organizational Development & / or Human Resources would be an asset.
* Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in all areas of Training & Development (Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Facilitation and Evaluation) with a focus on Soft Skills;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
* English is required
