Software Testing Analyst

Job Description:Ajilon Consulting is currently seeking a qualified software testing analyst for a 1-year contract position in Phoenix,AZ. The qualified candidate will work with business leaders to consolidate work processes, data and information systems across the organization in order to provide the following.1.Increased quality of asset information in support of decision-making.2.More common and efficient work processes.3.Reduction in IT maintenance cost.Job Activities.Develops testing artifacts across all stages in the development lifecycle.Execute test cases and work with development team to analyze and remediate defects.Measures and reports manual testing results.Assists with System Test PlansAttributes.Works well in team - positive can-do attitude.Flexible and proactive work attitude - takes on tasks as needed, assumes different roles on team.Works independently with minimal supervision .Aggressively pursues continuous improvement of technology and processes.Pays close attention to details.Ability to multi-taskExperience / Capabilities.Hands on experience with Mercury Quality Center.Experience developing test scenarios and test cases.Experience executing testing activities at all phases in the software lifecycle.Documenting and assisting in analyzing and mitigating defects.Testing experience on large multi-platform applications..Experience with Work and Asset ManagementoHands-on experience with Maximo 6.x work and asset management functionality?Functional or Technical Implementation Work and Asset Management?Testing of Maximo Work and Asset Management?Production support of existing Maximo solution.Work with other Work and Asset Solutions oProjects related to work and asset managementoExperience with Utilities T&D business processInterpersonal Skills.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.Strong Product Decomposition Skills.Strong Verification and Validation Skills.Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).Strong Organization Skills.Strong Analytical SkillsTool Experience.Mercury Quality Center.Microsoft Office SuiteSend resumes with a cover letter to:Alban Demeti alban.demeti@ajilon.com No third parties or recruiters please.No relocation assistance is available for this position.
