• Responsible for interfacing with federal and DoD customers to provide technical consultation and assistance; analyzing and capturing customer’s requirements and develop solutions for meeting the customers’ requirements.
• Responsible for researching, identifying, evaluating and selecting new technologies and products for building tools and engineering solutions to support the infrastructure and operations of our customers.
• Ability to perform ASP.Net application design, development and testing
• Ability to perform SQL database design, programming, testing and debugging.

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area and 0-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager.

Required Skills:


• 4-year college degree in science or related fields is required
• Successful track record in dealing with all facets of web application design and development. Strong knowledge of Database Installation, setup, creation, tuning and maintenance processes
• Experiences in using SQL 2000/2005 including data model design and implementation, performance tuning. Knowledge of SSIS (Integration Service) and SSRS (Report Service) is a plus
• 1-3 years of experiences in HTML, Style sheet, XML and Web Services. Other skills for the team you should consider: Classic ASP, ASP.net in VB.net and C#.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with peers. Strong organization skills and ability to communicate both orally and in writing required. Ability to multitask across different projects is a must.

Experience Required:

• Must have at least 1-3 years of full life cycle development experience with Microsoft Windows technology with focus on .NET application. Hands-on experience with the Office products, Visual studio, Visual Safe, IIS and Windows servers are required. • Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance
