Software Development Manager
We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Software Development team. Responsible for improving business processes and critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation and maintenance of numerous software applications. Leads multiple projects and oversees developers to ensure that specifications are met. Must have the ability to coordinate effectively, multi-task and manage pressure. The Manager shall have the experience working on a reasonably-sized software development program and working within a program life cycle. Having the ability to supervise a small group of developers is a must.

Primary Requirements:
Â
·        B.S. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
·        Minimum 9+ years experience.
·        Porting and rewriting codes.
·        Experience with SOA, OOP, Web services, MS-SQL 2005, .NET, VB.NET, Asp.net.
·        Experience in analyzing/researching alternative solutions (benefits, costs, risks and opportunities) and developing/implementing recommendations based on this analysis and research.
·        Experience in assessing change impacts and the development of task estimates.
·        Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
·        Experience in software specification development.
·        Minimum of 3 years managing offshore development teams.
·        Oversee a team of developers responsible for developing software that meets established specifications.
