Software Developer- CRM - Comcast Spotlight, Malvern, PA
Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, helps put the power of cable to use for local, regional and national advertisers. It is focused on moving the industry forward in advanced technologies and innovative products to reach audiences most effectively and efficiently. Headquartered in New York with offices throughout the country, Comcast Spotlight has a presence in nearly 90 markets with approximately 30 million owned and represented subscribers. Comcast Spotlight's goal is to make cable advertising easy to buy, and to enhance the value of spot cable advertising via new technologies products and services.
This position will be responsible for developing customized solutions for our Microsoft CRM System. Position also requires significant interfacing with end users to define needs, develop specifications and test applications. This individual must be highly motivated and results oriented.
Major Duties
Maintain existing CRM Solution as well as develop and implement new functionality for productivity improvement.
Analyze and solve reported problems with applications and databases.
Communicate and work effectively with IS team members, management and users.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance record.
Required Skills:
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study.
Proficiency in developing within the Microsoft CRM Dynamics framework.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages including ASP.NET (VB.NET), HTML, XML & Transact-SQL.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems and Microsoft SQL, MS Analysis Services, MS Reporting Server and Share Point.
Two solid years of professional related experience and developing applications with Microsoft CRM Framework.
Windows Applications Development a plus.
Knowledge of Ad sales technology and operations a plus.
