Janitorial Operation Site Manager A large voc. rehab agency, training persons with disabilities seeks to hire a well organized and compet-enent Site Manager to run its Nish sponsored federal janitorial contract services for the US Building and Court House located right in downtown Milwaukee.
The individual shall be well experienced in all facets of janitorial operations such as: hiring, orienting and training supervisors, assisting in budget development, assessing, planning and monitoring services, scheduling on-going periodic cleaning, enforcing safety procedures, time studies, quality control, requisitioning, maintaining personnel records, time sheets and employee benefits. Individual needs to possess a BA Degree/ Nat'l Executive Housekeeping certification or equivalent w/5 years supervisory experience in a related field. Competitive salary and fringe benefits.
