Shipping Confirmer

Jules Borel & Co. is a wholesale supplier in the watch and jewelry repair industry. We supply watchmakers and jewelers with the parts and equipment to do their jobs.  We are seeking a Shipping Confirmer. 

Order confirmation in the Shipping department is where the order is weighed and a determination made as to how to ship to our customers with the appropriate shipping charges. Job Duties

A confirmer assures the customer's order is complete then determines the best and most economical shipping method for our customer and applies the corresponding shipping charges. Promptness and excellent attendance are a must. Candidate must be a quick learner, team oriented, possess extreme attention to detail and be able to function in a fast paced environment. Job Skills

Very detail oriented, work in a team environment, good data entry skills, flexibility and adaptable, quick learner, able to learn quickly and retain training information, meet prescribed deadlines, be punctual and have good attendance.
