SharePoint Solutions Program Manager

Job Description:For this position, you will use your experience as a Program Manager to implement SharePoint Server 2007 solutions for some of the biggest and best names in the technology industry. We work hard to create a fun, passionate, supportive environment, where employees enjoy outstanding benefits and professional development opportunities.Your responsibilities will include: Driving the SDLC process, for multiple projects, from conception to deployment Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria Ensuring the scope and requirements are clearly defined and documented Determining the architecture, deliverables, and resource commitments of various SharePoint solutions Organizing project plans and schedules Establishing and maintaining clear and consistent project communications Maintaining detailed project logs Providing timely project summaries and reports Establishing cross-functional project teams Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria Forecasting, tracking, and managing project budgets Planning and managing internal and external project communications Managing client satisfaction issues Providing escalation pathways and document resolution of client issuesJob Experience: 7+ years related work experience Hands-on experience with implementing desperate software solutions with a focus on system integration Experience with one or more large-scale SharePoint projects Experience managing projects according to a software development life cycle methodology Excellent agile project management skills (SCRUM preferred) Knowledge of major MOSS 2007 features Knowledge of project and business management principles, methods, and techniques Solid leadership, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred PMP Certificate is a plus Experience in Agile development environments is a plus Experience in a Product Development company is a plusMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
