Job Description:The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Service Operations Associate for our Corporate Office in Worcester, MA.Personal Lines Operations Service Track Developing high-potential individuals to be our future analysts and leaders through long-term career support and guidance. The track and position is Personal Lines Service Operations Associate. The Personal Lines Service Operations Associate provides customer service, problem-solving and supports continuous improvement within operations. The candidates will spend approximately 2 years in the Service Center. Through this time you will build your Personal Lines & Service Center expertise and advance your skills associated with delivering service excellence. The successful completion of the training curriculum will position you for success in multiple Personal Lines positions. What does the Personal Lines Operations Service track offer you?The Personal Lines Service Operations track is a rigorous and challenging opportunity for high-potential college graduates to develop a solid understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry and operations through: Formal training program (products, systems and service center operations) Formal mentoring and networking Continuous performance feedbackWith ongoing support and guidance throughout their careers with The Hanover, participants in the two-year track can become the future leaders of our company.How does the program work?Participants take on a series of product, system, soft skill classes as well as key job duties in a role in service center operations including making process improvement recommendations to management. Specific training and project work is aimed at developing participants’ skills in: Service Orientation Analytical and Strategic Thinking Service Center Management Operations Project management CommunicationCurriculumCurriculum for the Personal Lines Operations Service Associate includes service center operations, financial operations, billing, processing and underwriting.Classroom work and on-the-job training provided.What happens during and after the first two years?During the first two years, you can continue to grow in the role you support by applying your training.The successful completion of the training within Service Center Operations program will position you for success in multiple Personal Lines positions.What support is provided?Personal guidance and support is provided by Service Center management team. Management team provides feedback and encouragement throughout two years.
