Service Agent
Full Time Service Agent
Requires independent judgment to perform tasks. Manages morning/evening Service Audits on Independent Contractor by tracing packages and customer follow up. Answer phones in a timely fashion and provide customer service. Strong organizations skills required and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the position, you must be able to consistently lift packages weighing from 1 to 100lbs of various sizes and shapes. You must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be quality-oriented as well as customer focused. Good data entry skills are a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills, able to multi tasking, pay attention to detail and computer literate. Work-week is Tuesday thru Saturday. Position will be located in Stamford,CT
