Senior VP Sales and Marketing

 

Seeking an executive level individual to manage the national sales and marketing of a fast growing  maintenance and cleaning services company. Position requires 10 - 15 years of sales and marketing experience, extensive industry knowledge and extensive traveling. Demonstrated experience selling to national retailing and service companies is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Establish effective communication with the appropriate executives and management to ensure proper orientation and focus on sales and marketing needs.

 

Guide, manage and support the efforts of a national sales force team as well as those of the operational field force.

 

Schedule and manage trade show participation.

 

Accurately for cast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

 

Develop specific plans and budgets to ensure project revenue growth.

 

Update and manage CRM tool.

 

Manage on direct company's marketing activities.

 

Skills:

 

Excellent knowledge of company's services, pricing practices and selling skills.

 

Effective management skills with ability to manage a major portion of the company's sales operations.

 

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

 

excellent communication, decision making human relations, presentations and organizational skills.

 

Professional appearance and presentation required.

 

Computer skills, including ability to use various Microsoft products including Excel, Word and Power Point.
