Senior Team Leader

We seek motivated and enthusiastic team members to join our new offices serving northern and north western Los Angeles County. PSI will provide case management services to the County's Welfare to Work program, known as GAIN, and will operate several offices from the Glendale to Palmdale areas. This position provides direct supervision to team leaders, handles complex or escalated issues, and at times may also supervise individual contributors. Responsibilities include: • Planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating workflow; • Scheduling and organizing personnel to accommodate anticipated workflow; • Coordinating work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements and/or program deliverables; • Recognizing and recommending operational improvements; • May assist in the development in the standard operating procedures (SOPs); • May compile, analyze, and/or utilize performance data to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement in processes, performance gaps, and training needs; • Understanding federal, state, and local regulations and statues associated with the program and ensuring processes and procedures adhere to associated requirementsThe ideal candidate will typically possess the following:• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. • A minimum of three (3) years experience, including supervisory experience. • Programmatic experience desirable.• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, to all levels in the organization.
