Senior Staffing Partner- Energy Experience Required

This senior-level recruiter will closely interact with management and other human resources professionals to understand and provide for current and future staffing needs of the business. The successful incumbent is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of power generation candidates including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to hiring managers and successful on-boarding. Individual in this position manages all facets of the recruitment process to result in staffing process efficiency and quality hires. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum 5 years related recruitment/staffing experience in a fast paced environment. High tech or energy industry experience preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred. Strong written, verbal and oral skills. Must be a team player, think strategically and build strong relationships. Excellent time management skills.
