Senior Security Analyst

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Security Analyst for our Neenah WI location.Summary:The Computer Security team is responsible for managing the global access rights for approximately 50,000 users on multiple applications throughout the Enterprise Network. They are responsible for establishing computer security standards, coordinating services delivery and providing consulting and in-depth analysis on any existing or new security solutions, problems or issues.Responsibilities: Deliver a standard and secure IT computing framework meeting Kimberly-Clark’s global business needs. Develop and implement information systems security controls, best practices, policies and standards. Work with IT Services infrastructure and applications teams; service delivery partners; and K-C business clients to assist with the design, compliance and eventually the implementation of new security solutions. Provide systems counsel relative to business problems and ensure that the strategic direction of the company is followed in tactical decisions. Lead/assist large projects or a number of smaller projects simultaneously or be a senior team member on a large project with significant business impact. Be a key contributor to the K-C security awareness program, proactively looking for improvement opportunities and running communication campaigns across the organization. Provide internal control expertise within the team, identify audit improvement opportunities and lead a quarterly review of existing standards organizing updates with management representatives from the Audit, Internal Control and Security teams. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 5 years of international business and Information Technology experience or 9-11 years applied experience with infrastructure deployment and operational support Minimum of 3 years of internal control / audit function experience Demonstrated project leadership experience Required 25% travel, occasional night and weekend workPreferred Qualifications:Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) Other: Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical / problem solving skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerApply online at and enter Requisition ID 5350.Click here to apply via the Kimberly Clark Career Opportunity PortalExpected Travel Time: None
