SUMMARY: Serve as a member of project teams to develop software for transportation, industrial and military applications; work on database design and implementation on several projects concurrently; perform all phases of the software lifecycle, including requirements generation, software design, implementation, testing, integration, installation, and maintenance activities, and develop required documentation. Requires interaction with clients and making technical presentations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 3.5 GPA and 5 years experience in software development or equivalent. MS desired. Must have extensive database and software development skills, including database design and implementation; experience with Oracle, SQL Server and Sybase desired. Five or more years of professional experience participating in software development teams is required. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well individually or as a member of a project team and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
