Senior Regional Network Technician
This position is responsible for the installation, documentation, provisioning and troubleshooting of optical transport equipment. This is a field position, which at times will require the work direction of up to three “Contractor” installation and activation technicians. This position requires an individual who is invested in their own job, and includes twelve hour work shifts, outdoor work, and requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
If you have experience in the following, this is the opportunity for you:
• Installation and troubleshooting of optical transport networks (SONET, DWDM, ATM).
• Computer skills; i.e. Excel.
• Must have at least a High School diploma.
• Engineering Technology degree preferred.
Any of the following is considered a plus:
• CCNA
• Networking
• Network +
