Senior Program/Project Analyst
Job Description: The Senior Program/Project Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of complex business or programmatic issues and recommendation of solutions using systematic methodologies. These analyses and solutions may be applied to a broad number of functional areas including but not limited to program management, engineering manufacturing, accounting, logistics, and material management. Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist with overall program and individual project planning. · Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of individual programs and the facility itself. · Provide analytical support for all areas of the facility. · Monitor program budgets and ensure program expenses are charged correctly. · Develop processes and supporting systems for data collection that adhere to company standards. · Supervise /manage the performance of the financial/budget analyst. · Review data for accuracy and completeness. · Assist management with the creation of complex statistical reports. · Participate in project meetings to inform others of information. · Create visual presentations of data and construct for publication. Our team is committed to creating smart and scalable solutions and producing the highest quality work for our customers. *Applied Research Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer* Required Qualifications: · Demonstrated experience in project and budget analysis. · Experience in quantitative/qualitative analysis. · Competence in program analysis techniques. · Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions. · Proficient using MS Excel and MS Project. · Working knowledge of MS Access. · Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with minimum 3.2 GPA. · Minimum 12 years related experience. · U.S. citizenship. Successful applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
