Senior Marketing Manager
: Director Residential Services Department: Marketing Exempt / Non-Exempt Education: Minimum MBA with Marketing emphasis (or equivalent work experience) Experience: Minimum 5+ years marketing experience Product management experience required Services or packed goods marketing experience preferred Outside sales experience preferred Other Qualifications: Strong customer orientation Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to lead cross functional teams with proven results Ability to work with external advertising agencies Summary (scope and purpose): To recommend / set a strategic direction for the Termite Control and Pest Control service lines to gain / maintain competitive advantage(s). Job Requirements: :Duties and Responsibilities: Set strategic direction for the residential service lines including: Service Line Offerings Pricing Field Implementation Sales Strategy and Sales Training Develop annual Marketing Plans for individual business units Execute Marketing Plans in conjunction with Operations, Marcom, Sales and Tech Services groups Track / Report results of programs Conduct research (as needed) to identify opportunities Monitor / Track competitors Develop Point-of-Sale material to communicate competitive advantages Participate in Creative / Media Development Develop customer retention programs Manage assigned budget Foster positive working relationships with internal departments and external suppliers Division/Department : Home Office Division Job Code : Mktg89730 Skills : Marketing -> Graphic Artist, Graphic Design Specialist, Merchandising, Graphics & Desktop Publishing, Public RelationsSales -> Cold-Calling : 8 Travel Required : None
