Our environment fosters growth and creativity, demands openness and client-focused delivery, and celebrates initiative and risk-taking.ObjectiveResponsible for developing, implementing, managing and administering competitive and responsive compensation and benefit plans programs for employees that support the company’s total rewards strategy.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Develop rolling quarterly operational/financial forecasts, updated with monthly actual results Analyze and report data to support decision making process for senior management Consolidate and evaluate annual financial/operational models of incentive plans Calculate various models in excel and other applications so that smart business decisions can be made around the global incentive plans. Respond to ad hoc requests from all levels of management Report design and improvement Establish a compensation and benefits model that is efficient, cost effective, and in support of the company’s total rewards strategy. The model addresses the effective utilization of people (organization), consultants/brokers, outside providers (outsourcing), and technology. Recommend compensation and benefits program offerings and plan design based on an analysis of external practices and trends, strategy, fiscal responsibility and employee needs. Establish a communications program to enhance employee understanding, involvement, and responsibility for plans and programs. Effectively manage the administration of compensation and benefit plans and programs to ensure timely communication, enrollment, and resolution of questions/problems. Ensure the effective use of technology including self-service tools to communicate and administer plans and programs. Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure that high quality and cost effective services are provided. Establish a process to ensure that vendor contractual requirements, including payments, are met. Establish a process to ensure that all plans and programs are compliant. Requirements Financial Analysis leadership experience in a medium to large organization Executive presence necessary to work with senior level management The communication skills to clearly and accurately convey complex metrics and analysis to internal and client facing teams at all management levels. Knowledge of financial statements and relationship with healthy business Ability to understand and infer relationships between metrics and the operational and financial processes Advanced excel skills (financial - operational model building, design and creation of robust interactive reporting and analysis tools) Committed, detail oriented, self starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills Project management – be able to organize, lead and deliver on initiatives Ability and interest to work as a hands-on manager. Preferred Experience in planning and analysis in a service organization Experience in implementation of enterprise planning software Ability to close on clear and explicit commitments through deep understanding of client goals Experience in improving financial literacy across the compensation and benefits team. Knowledge of: salary planning and administration, health, welfare, and retirement savings plans (401k), competitive practices and trends, and related regulatory requirements (ERISA, ADEA, ADA, COBRA, Sarbanes Oxley, related IRS regulations, FLSA). Knowledge of international benefits and compensation a plus. 5 years of professional experience. Preferred that experience is in designing and administering compensation and benefits plans for US based employees with exposure to total rewards concepts. Bachelor’s degree. Certified Compensation Professional or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), CPA, CFA, MBA are a plusReports to the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits. Indirectly supervises comp/benefits administrators located in India. Works with People Strategists and other internal functions to coordinate program implementation and administer a program that is responsive to employee needs.
