Senior Analyst - SAP Purchasing/Inventory Management

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Senior Business Analyst, SAP-Purchasing/Inventory Management is a functional expert with the brands, driving the definition of functional requirements, best practice business processes and corresponding SAP Retail system configuration. The incumbent is the primary person in the company for ensuring that our purchasing and merchandise distribution systems and processes are providing the brands with functionality and usability features that satisfy their business needs. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead discussions with business and MIS partners on process design, functional requirements and system configuration · Perform hands-on configuration of SAP Purchasing, Inventory Management and Logistics shipping. · Collaborate with Business Intelligence partners to help facilitate analytics development to support purchasing · Lead implementation activities for functional areas within SAP, including functional design, build, testing, training development and documentation. · Serve as a key point of contact for business partners from the brands. · Prioritize their workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Provide cross-functional leadership to identify, prioritize and solve problems quickly and efficiently QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related discipline required. 5+ years of progressive experience in MIS or IT. 4+ years of SAP implementation experience. · Two or more full cycle of SAP implementations. · Extensive Configuration knowledge of SAP Purchasing required · Implementation in an SAP Retail environment preferred · Configuration experience of SAP Inventory Management preferred · Configuration experience of SAP Logistics Shipping preferred · Experience with of SAP interfaces and IDOC's preferred. · Demonstrated leadership experience and proven ability to work under pressure · Must have excellent communicational skills. · Requires excellent problem solving. · The ability to work across multiple business functions. · Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to manage and lead change in an organization CONTACT INFORMATION: Apply online or email your resume to: kkjobs@chicos.com #cb# xchicox NOTICE: Chico's FAS, Inc. and its affiliates (Chico's) do not accept unsolicited candidate referrals or resumes from recruitment agencies.
