Senior Administrator
Description - Oversee human resources, benefits, facility management, security and IT functions. Ensure proper operation of these functions to support an organization of 375 employees that will grow to 700+ by the end of 2011. Implement process and policy improvements. Develop and execute initiatives that will reduce costs and save time in the administrative parts of the business. Make sure Program Managers and direct-charging employees receive timely and accurate service and reports, so they can focus on satisfying the external customers by delivering high-quality engineering services and technical solutions.
Necessary Skills / Qualifications - BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management or similar. 6-12 years experience in administration in a government contracting business, preferably a small SETA contractor that has experienced rapid growth froom 300 to 600+ employees 3-5 years management experience in business operations over a 3 to 5 person team demonstrating strong communication, organization and delegation skills
