Seasonal Recruiter

This position will be responsible for assisting with a variety of package handler sourcing efforts during the summer and fall seasons, generally for 12 weeks at a time. Will be responsible for fostering existing relationships and developing new relationships with professional contacts to aid in recruitment.

 Develops and maintains candidate sourcing relationships with assigned community outreach organizations to obtain referrals.Creates, posts and distributes job advertisement materials to contacts, schools and organizations. Coordinates campus recruiting events; works with the recruiting office to schedule dates and obtain all necessary materials.Identifies, contacts and schedules interviews with candidates selected from the internal applicant entry system.Assist with coordination and logistics of sort observations for package handler candidates.Performs other duties as assigned.$14.00/hour


Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED

 

Minimum Experience
No minimum experience required, however experience in a general administrative or HR support area, or a demonstrated ability to coordinate events, meetings and/or schedules through an internship or work study program, preferred.

 

Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerpointAbility to travel locally/regionally; must be able to provide own transportation
