Screen Printing Production Manager

A fast growing screen print operation in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is looking for a motivated hands-on production manager with experience in running a full apparel screen print operation. Applicant should be familiar with automatic apparel printing, personnel management, equipment maintenance, screens and inks. Knowledge of M&R formula presses from the mid 90's a plus.

We produce detailed spot color designs, primarily for T-shirts in a demanding work environment. Our designs are innovative, mid to high end images that require attention to detail. Ability to work with and motivate others is a must.

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical insurance with BC/BS. Salary contingent on experience. Moving expenses and bonus package.
