Scheduling Coordinator

SUMMARY The Scheduling coordinator is responsible for calling clients and setting up events for the installation/service of Muzak provided services. They will take incoming calls from clients for service related issues troubleshooting and creating service work orders. They will troubleshoot and telephonically resolve as many issues as possible. Scheduling Coordinators are assigned specific markets to work within and are responsible for all installation/service activity within that assigned market. They are responsible for specific Technician’s activity within their assigned market, coordinating installs/service and scheduling them on those specific Technicians. Must be very detail oriented and able to understand and solve problems in a timely manner. A friendly and pleasant manner is necessary. DUTIES1. Pre-call clients to verify order and installation/service.2. Continually schedule new work orders.3. Dispatch Technicians and track on-going progress of installations/service calls rescheduling new events as needed. 4. Verify job inventory prior to dispatch.5. Document all on-going communication including completion of work orders in scheduling tool and reschedule events as needed.6. Receive and input service orders daily into DSI.7. Troubleshoot client service issues.8. Coordinate removal of equipment for client cancellations.Requirements: High School Diploma or 3-5 years related experience.
