Shipping Manager
This position directly contributes to the success of Sawgrass Technologies by execut-ing all shipping requests domestically and internationally in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for Warehouse Management and Staff.
Major Tasks include: Taking direct input from the Production Manager for prioritizing day to day events and long term goals; a Proactive Working Manager; Maintains freight and carrier relationships; Expert in all Shipping related matters; Lead Warehouse staff in the performance of their duties; Shipping equipment upkeep and correc-tive maintenance; Shipping consumable supply control; Output tracking, error investigation, and efficiency monitoring; Leadership and morale. Training and procedural compliance; High Cleanliness Standards and Organizational Skills; Maintains staffing for an ever growing operation; Receives and processes inbound shipments, including RMAs; Support?s corporate office shipping needs.
Job Requirements: BS or BA in business and 2 years of experience in related field; 3-5 years of experience in processing UPS and FED EX shipments; international orders, freight shipments, sea cargo; proven leadership in a similar high demand opera-tions; Excellent computer and math skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications: 3-5 years of Shipping Manager experience in domestic and international shipping; Certified Fork Lift Driver; Experience using MS Great Plains software; ISO 9000/9001 experience; Experience in start up of bar coding inven-tory and W/H product control systems.

Production Supervisor
This position directly contributes to the success of Sawgrass Technologies by supervising the day to day operation of Production staff in a quality and deadline driven environment.
Major Tasks include: Taking direct input from the Product Operations Manager for prioritizing; a Proactive Working Supervisor in all production areas; Expert in all Production areas, bag and cart filling, bulk product, systems, finished product processing, Quality Controls, Procedural Compliance; Production equipment upkeep and corrective maintenance; Production raw material control; Output and Waste tracking; Leadership and morale; Training and monitoring; High Cleanliness Standards and Organizational Skills
Job Requirements: BS or BA in business or production related degree; Mechanical or Electrical experience proven; Leadership and management proven ? working supervisor; 5 years of proven leadership in a similar high demand environment; Excellent computer and math skills; Quality Control / Assurance experience a must (2 yrs experience MIN)
Preferred Job Qualifications: Ink Production Environment and Sublimation Experience; Experience w/ Epson based product; Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or food Quality Controls; Chemistry Background.
