Sarbanes-Oxley Point Person - Dynamic Industry
We are currently recruiting for a senior level Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Manager for a dynamic organization in San Diego County. In this newly created and highly visible role, candidates will be expected to manage the entire SOX process, including: support of the quarterly/annual SOX sections 302 and 404 certification processes. Additionally, candidates will coordinate with outside consultants and auditors on all matters pertaining to SOX, oversee and implement the identification, documentation and testing of key controls and will ultimately need to stay current on new technical literature applicable to the internal control process and assist with special ad-hoc projects.
