Sales Training Manager

Asset Marketing Services, Inc is a national multi-million dollar direct response company specializing in collectible coins, watches, jewelry & other innovative consumer products from around the world.  Due to exciting growth opportunities we are currently hiring for a Sales Training Manager.

 

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with the ability to train and motivate others to reach business unit goals.  A minimum of 5 plus years of training experience; including supervisory & managing experience.  In addition 2 plus years experience in a Outbound/Call Center environment preferred but not required. As a Sales Training Manager you will be responsible in training, motivating and mentoring the Outbound Sales staff.

 

PC Microsoft Suites and call center program experience required along with sales curriculum development, 4-year degree required.
