Createand maintain training processes

Developmentof Training Executives

Lead teamby motivating, setting goals and meeting objectives

Motivateand focus team to increase sales numbers

Assist indeveloping integrity within Sales team

Abilityto develop and educate sales staff regarding work ethic, attitude and skill seton a daily basis

Assistsales team, sales manager, and office personnel

Maintainconfidential information

Maintainpositive image and example for employees and outside public

Handlemultiple demands on an on-going basis including difficult situations

Coordinatecommunication between leadership and Sales Floor

Gather,assimilate and summarize information for response/decision

Gather,Review and disseminate weekly analytics and reports

Thewillingness to work extended hours

Hours:

Monday-Thursday9:00 am until 8:00 pm

Friday9:00 am until 6:00pm

 

Rate ofPay:

DOE

 

Medical/Dental:After 60 days of employment

Paidvacation
