Job Description:Sales Support CoordinatorDynamic Showroom is currently recruiting for Sales Support Coordinator for our diverse client base. To be successful in this position you will have a great eye for detail, experience in busy customer service/showroom environment and enjoy being in a front line role. You will act as a liaison between the Sales Force, customers and the internal operations of this office. You will be responsible for sales reporting, tracking sales results, assisting the sales staff with order placement, stock checking, and customer needs as well as overseeing special projects as assigned. Occasional research, faxing, sample shipping and material photo requests for the outside sales staff are also required as needed. The successful candidate will have one to 3 years of previous experience dealing with clients over the phone and handling a busy sales/customer service environment. Computer proficiency and experience working with MS Word and Excel is necessary, including knowledge of equal formulas in the cell on Excel. The ideal candidate will be very professional, reliable and have a high level of motivation.Specific Responsibilities Receive and direct incoming phone calls Act as a liaison between the Sales force, customers, and internal operations Distribute forms and information to the Sales force Sort and distribute faxes and mail Create, distribute, collect and run various reports Perform other duties as assigned Position Qualifications Minimum high school diploma At least 2+ years sales/customer service experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, team player, exceptional multi-tasking abilities Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, high-pressure environment Punctual and have excellent attendance Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills The ability to deal with problems quickly and efficiently PC/Macintosh computer experience an asset Bilingual (verbal & written) in English and Spanish huge plus!!!
