SALES REPRESENTATIVE-ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Miami Branch
The Sales Representative position is responsible for the maintenance and development of Sales of all services that the company provides, based on a sales quota. In addition he/she should have basic knowledge of SAP and/or ORACLE ERP Systems and moderate IT knowledge. The Sales Representative must also have sales experience of Security & Technology products which include but are not limited to: electronic security and life safety systems including burglary, fire, access control and audio/video systems in residential and commercial settings. The individual is responsible to make use of appropriate techniques and skills to develop consistently and continually sales performance and will perform other duties, as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Establish technical credibility with customers.
· Provide specific solutions/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support. Lead deployment of new in-house project management, data and system design, software specialists and system technicians/products in various regions, working closely with the Sales and Marketing Groups and the customer.Ensure that accounts solicited receive assistance and coordination of merchandise movementEnsure all contracts and paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner Provide sales input to proposals, and produce accurate and timely forecasts and monthly reports including deviation analysis, as required by managementReview and self evaluate sales performance Attend weekly sales meetings Help prepare annual sales quota, and ensure that personal sales quotas are achieved Maintain and increase customer base revenue Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes throughout the selling process Maintain a high level of understanding of current products and services as well as planned enhancement through formal and informal training.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:College Degree preferred: BA, BS or equivalent Must Posses 2-5 years of Sales Supervisory Experience in selling Collocation Services, Hosting Solutions and Managed Services preferable in a Logistics setting, preferable in International BusinessFluency in both English and Spanish (speaking and written) Effective oral and written communication skillsMust have drive/motivation and creativity in sales approachesAble to effectively function in a team-oriented environment and interact effectively with all levels of managementSuperior independent work capabilities
