Sales Professional - Wholesale Flowers

Mellano & Company is a wholesale flower grower and shipper, with a wholesale store located in the famous San Diego Flower Market in Carlsbad, California. 

We are looking for a highly motivated sales representative to join our team. Sales take place with customers over the phone as well as walk-in customers so exceptional customer service skills are a must! We are looking for entry-level sales staff members, as well as experienced sales professionals.

You must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, especially during high floral times, such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. It is a fun and energetic environment and you must be able to multi-function. 

You are outgoing, competitive, and must work well with others. Previous floral industry experience is preferred, but if you are the right person for the job, we are confident you can expeditiously learn the product line. Job applicants will be asked to take part is a sales assessment. Employees partake in on-going company-sponsored training as part of their employment.
