MRI of Manitowoc is currently representing a Leader in the feed manufacturing and supplier of agricultural mixes and feed ingredients for Eastern Wisconsin. This $60 million dollar dairy cow feed facility has an opening for a Sales Manager. The successful individual will have the opportunity to lead the growth and expansion of this company. Very few careers allow the oppotunity to mentor an existing sales team to refine and master their potential and sales skills as this position does. Safisfaction will be gained by improving the skills sets of your employes and knowing that the clients they are serving are also accomplishing their operational goals.

Requirements:

> 10-15 years Sales Experience

> Proven Sales Management success of others

> Leader in Dairy Cow Nutrition technology

> Comfortable leading informational meetings

> Proven ability to organize

> Desire to optimize the potential of the employees

> Bachelors degree

> Not concerned about getting manure on his/her boots
