The Inside Sales Rep must have a track record of cold calling, inside sales, closing deals and customer retention.  The Inside Sales Rep needs to have a basic understanding of the background screening industry and web-based software applications.  The Inside Sales Rep will sell our complete suite of background screening services and software applications. 

 

Compensation:Base salary plus commission (no cap)Large geographic territoryFirst year income range estimate of $40,000 - $60,000  Second year income range estimate of $60,000 plus
