Minimum of 3 years extensive Sales Floor Coordinating experience in a fast-paced company

Exceptional communication, problem solving, multitasking, goal setting and decision making capabilities

Ability to work well in a high pressure, changing and challenging environment

Demonstrated sound judgment and reasoning skills

Capable of independent judgment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the United States

 

Job responsibilities will include:

 

Development of interdepartmental communication

Assist sales team, sales managers, training manager, and office personnel

Ability to complete assigned workload satisfactorily

Liaison for front end sales department

Verify documentation for accuracy

Maintain a positive image and example for other employees and outside public

Responsible for the analysis of sales/tapes/conversions

Streamlining new Trainee’s into appropriate areas and move team members as needed

Help in maintaining current and future training processes and structure with training coordinator

Paperwork including/not limited to the following:

  *Reviews

  *Vacation requests

  *Tardy/Absence Reports

  *Cancellation requests

  *Corrective action

Establish and maintain a variety of files and records

Handle multiple demands on an on-going basis including difficult situations

Coordinate communication between leadership and top management

Handle exposure to sensitive information requiring use of tact and judgment

Timely and accurate reporting to management

Gather, assimilate and summarize information for response/decision

Gather, Review and disseminate weekly analytics and reports

 

This position is a full time, the hours are

Monday-Thursday 9:30 am until 7:30 pm

Friday 8:00 am until 6:00 pm

Medical/Dental – 60days

Paid vacation

Rate of pay DOE
