Sales Associates and Store Managers

An exclusive Sprint/Nextel Dealer is looking for determined sales professionals looking to make a name for themselves in the exciting wireless industry.  We specialize in wireless solution sales to businesses and individuals. Qualified candidates must by smart, tech savvy, dependable and determined to succeed.  Positions are available in out Greenville, Easley, Greenwood, Laurens, Newberry, Columbia, Florence, Traveler’s Rest, SC stores.

Responsibilities as Sales Consultant

-Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

-Punctuality and regular work attendance are required

-Maintain high standards for store appearance, merchandising and customer experience. In addition, demonstrate habits that establish your position as a wireless sales professional.

-Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

-Conduct follow up calls with current clients to ensure the impeccable customer service experience

-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Responsibilities as Store Manager

-Ability to manage a small team (4-6 persons)

-Familiar with Opening/Closing procedures for a retail location

-Able to provide general training on the wireless products to both the location staff and our customer base

-Manage and control inventory

-Provide exemplary customer service to both the internal and external customer

-Responsible for the bank deposits

-Able to continually update knowledge of promotional items/special orders

-Work closely with recruiting and training teams to ensure proper staffing levels and training needs

-Previous experience with scheduling staff

-Ability to effectively coach, counsel and discipline as needed

-Experience in a Sales/Retail Organization preferred

Additional Requirements:

-Ages 18+

-High School Diploma or GED

-Above average interpersonal and communication skills

-Have a desire to excel personally and financially

-Sales experience is required. Wireless Sales experience preferred

-The ability and need to become financially and professionally successful

-MUST have reliable transportation
