Reporting to the Provincial Director, retail sales, the sales assistant will have to communicate and ensure the follow up with the sales personnel in order to improve the efficiency. · Prepare and compile sales sheets & automatic distributions for all banners · Enter rapidrafts in the systems for both networks; Grocery & SAQ, and ensure follow up with finance · Follow up of advertising programs · Compile and follow up of commercial agreements in Sales Force.Com · Compile invoices of commercial agreements · Distribution of displays · Tastings coordination · Update data in Sales Force.Com · Order and distribute gift certificates

Se rapportant à la Directeure provinciale de l’exécution au détail, l’assistante aux ventes aura à communiquer et assurer le suivi auprès du personnel des ventes alimentation et SAQ afin d’en améliorer l’efficacité. · Préparation et compilation des bulletins de tournée et des distributions automatiques de toutes les bannières · Entrée des rapidrafts dans le système pour les réseaux épicerie & SAQ et suivi auprès des finances et de la supervision · Suivi des programmes promotionnels · Compilation et suivi des ententes commerciales dans SFDC · Compilation de factures pour ententes commerciales · Distribution des présentoirs · Coordination des dégustations · Mise à jour des données dans SFDC · Conciliation fin de mois cartes-cadeaux

Requirements of the ideal candidate: · DEP en secrétariat · Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook Power Point, Sales Force.Com · 2 years of experience · Bilingual
