Job Description:Sales and General Administrative Assistant - Will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Office Administrator: Keeping track of all sales leads, sending lead registration forms to SAP. Will be supporting the CFO in annual maintenance billing. Miscellaneous customer related projects such as Software License Verifications, maintaining and verifying customer contact lists for specific customer contact projects. Travel arrangements, review Account Executive expense reports. Marketing support as required. Support Sales and Office Administrator in providing customer data maintenance on CRM system. Also will be assisting other department such as HR with new hire orientations, registration and maintenance of employee benefits.
