Job Description:This Sales Administrative Assistant Position Features: Fast paced environment Opportunity for advancement Excellent Benefits Great Pay to $52K Immediate need for a Sales Administrative Assistant seeking a fast paced, dynamic company with an opportunity to advance. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES All travel arrangements and bookings. Monitor the scheduling of tasks and provide weekly updates to the producer(s) on scheduling changes and impacts. Meetings via Outlook and book the pertinent meeting rooms. Assist in setting up and preparing necessary equipment for presentations. Ensure that equipment within the department is properly functioning and coordinate and follow-up with IT on any required equipment repairs or replacement. Collect and complete Expense Reports. Complete and process Purchase Orders. Monitor team attendance. Maintain copies of all NDA forms and signed invoices on file. Communicate with Legal on any licensing obligations or license renewals prior to expiration. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years providing administrative support to high-level management in fast-paced environment. General knowledge of all facets of executive administration, to include phone and in-person business protocol, composition of letters and memos, travel arrangements, scheduling events and all other relevant items. Experience in working directly with all levels of personnel within a diverse organization. Excellent computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Internet Explorer. The ideal candidate will consistently follow through and take ownership of projects while being proactive and resourceful in solving problems. Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and solid written and verbal communication skills will be keys to success in this role. Great benefits.
