Outside Sales: Territory Manager / Account Executive with an Industry leader *** First year base is a guaranteed income of $60K-$70K plus commission plus car *** 2 other great perks: 1) You will have dedicated admin staff to help you with paper work so you can sell (No Cap on commissions), 2) Your manager is not a quota holding manager, they are only interested in helping you exceed your goals!! Average Rep earns $120-$150k plus by the end of year 2!! Top Rep was at $350K! Business to Business sales experience is key – this is a longer relationship / solution sale. - Cold calling broker/agents to generate leads
- Establishing and maintaining broker/agent relationships
- Educating brokers/agents and customers on the products
- Working quotes to generate the best selling opportunity
- Successfully creating sales
- Following up on questions and issues (delegating account management issues to administrative staff)
- Building a growing block of business in territory
- Consulting with brokers to sell within our target market
- Great on going training / sales process / products / new approaches Requirements: 1+ years of solid sales experience with documented success. You will be building relationships with your customers. Taking them to special events, entertainment, golfing, etc. We want you to build a real book of business contacts, not just a smash and grab sales approach!!
