Summary: Highly analytical and effective communicator needed to join Kimberly-Clark’s Internal Audit function. The right individual will join a global team helping K-C's Audit Committee evaluate the IT control environment established by K-C's management. Using a risk-based approach; you will participate in planning and performing reviews of business operations and IT control structures, and in communicating audit results to senior levels of management. Additionally, you will participate in system development reviews and other special projects as appropriate. This experience will help prepare individuals for future roles within K-C, as it’s typical that IT auditors rotate into other business roles after 2-4 years. Responsibilities: Complete a risk profile for assigned engagements in compliance with department policies to determine the processes that represent the largest risk to the corporation Perform appropriate tests of controls in compliance with department policies to provide objective evaluations of K-C’s internal control system Prepare audit reports that describe the nature of the audit tests performed and any document exceptions to corporate policy Identify opportunities to improve Internal Audit effectiveness and efficiency Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science or other related major Minimum of 2 years of IT Audit experience Must be willing to travel up to 25 percent (includes international travel) Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in any of the following: SAP, Windows, Mainframe, Hyperion, Network/Firewalls Big 4 public IT audit experience is valued Experience in industry internal audit and/or other relevant IT roles CISA, CISSP (CIA, CPA, CISM a plus)Click here to apply via the Kimberly Clark Career Opportunity PortalExpected Travel Time: None
