SQL/Essbase Database Developer

Job Description:Develops applications to support the production and delivery of the Branch, Private Banking and Call Center Incentive plans, as well as the Operational Scorecard, Weekly Sales Reporting, Sales Contest Reporting, and Monthly Branch Performance Reporting. Translates user requirements into applications that employ the appropriate Business Intelligence tools. Works with IT to procure data needed to support applications. Executes user acceptance testing; develops standards, best practices, procedures and key metrics to provide for application operational stability; troubleshoots and resolves issues as well as provides recommendations for architecture improvements and strategies; assists in producing complex queries and ad hoc reports. Requirements: College degree required, preferrably in Computer Science or MIS. 3+ years experience with SQL language, preferrably Transact-SQL. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MS SQL Server including stored procedures, views, functions, and DTS/SSIS packages. Experience developing and supporting applications using Hyperion Essbase, Crystal Reports, Hyperion Reports, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence tools.
