The Site Safety Representative will help develop site health and safety plans; develop, implement and interpret project health and safety administrative procedures; ensure that safety procedures satisfy project initiatives and client requirements; and will support the administrative and project requirements of incident reporting, job safety analyses, and loss prevention observations.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have solid health and safety experience, basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines, environmental field experience, and experience related to hazard recognition on environmental remediation projects. In addition, this candidate must have solid knowledge of hazard assessment, a strong background in industrial hygiene, and be detail oriented. 1+ years or health and safety related experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office program (MS Excel and Word) are required. AS degree or higher in Industrial Hygiene and a 40-HR OSHA Hazwoper certification are preferred but not essential.Position requires travel of 35-40%.
