We're looking for a Store Manager for our Retail location in Troy, Michigan. This individual must be interested in a long-range career growth and have the strategic ability to plan for their professional futures. Help Luxury Optical Holdings Inc. be a leader in the Retail Industry by acting as the Store Manager who serves customers; manages staff; prepares budget and controls expenses; identifies current and future customer requirements; ensures availability of merchandise and services; determines marketing strategy changes; formulates pricing policies; markets and secures merchandise; maintains store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications


Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations.

Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.

Senior management experience. Skills include strategic planning, influencing others, and supporting organizational change.

Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of highly skilled employees.

Internal expert of customer, competitive, and market information.

Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.

Understands the business environment, anticipates trends, and develops strategies to capitalize on opportunities and ensure long term growth.

Proficient at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses, and recommending actions to perform in accordance with the budget.

Monitors vendor effectiveness in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Develops and refines competitive pricing structures.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Licensed Optician
