Noodle Express Asian Bowls Restaurant Team.Â
We are currently hiring for 2 General Managers; 1 in Spokane, WA and the other in Missoula, MT.
The Noodle Express is part of the Mustard Seed Asian Cafe Family which we just celebrated our 30 year anniversary last month. The Noodle Express Restaurants have been around for over 16 years.Â
Previous Restaurant Management experienced is required; preferably as the General Manager or at least the Assistant GM. You must also have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and have a very good work history along with great math, computer and communication skills.
The General Manager is responsible for ALL the operations of the restaurant. You must have previous experience in working with food & labor costs, cash control, training, marketing, customer service, employee relations and P & L responsibility. All our managers are working managers and work in the restaurant doing prep, cooking & cashiering. We use Aloha POS systems and previous experience with that is a plus.Â
We offer a flexible work schedule although the store needs to come first. The General Manager should work an average of about 50 hours a week. Sometimes more and sometimes less, it depends on the store.Â
