Primary responsibilities Competitive intelligence studies on local mobile marketing. Research, understand and track new mobile technologies on the local market Maintain strong relationships with the local technical partners: SMS brokers, hosting companies, etc. Manage relationships with local mobile operators for technical specifications Participate in client meetings as technical advisor Validate the technical aspects of programs/products and estimate the cost for the technical part of the project(s) Plan and manage the delivery and implementation of the technical part of mobile marketing projects in close relationship with Paris HQ technical team as well as with local marketing and business development teams. Manage the local offshore technical teams in order to implement and integrate applications into production. Prepare production planning. Follow up on projects Some travel requiredCritical Skills and Experience Technical Skills: Java, .NET, mobile technologies (xHTML, JavaME, Brew, etc) Excellent organization and project management skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects for multiple clients Relationship development and interpersonal skills Critical/analytical thinking and problem solving Knowledge of digital production, mobile experience preferred 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Able to speak and write English fluently; French language skills a plus but not required
