Recruiting VMS Coordinator - Global Oil and Gas Firm - DT

Great opportunity with global DT Oil and Gas company up to $25/hr. Excellent long term contract position working with this firm's recruiting Vendor Management System (VMS).

Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinating process for scheduling campus interviews (airfare, lodging, facilities arrangements)
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Providing support to the recruiting teams at attraction events such as career fairs, campus presentations and conferences
- Generating accurate and timely correspondence to candidates
- Maintaining complete candidate files throughout the attraction and recruiting processes
- Coordinating the offer process with the hiring manager, HR and candidates
- Coordinating the pre-employment process for candidates who accept job offers
- Creating regular, accurate status reports from the applicant tracking system


Qualified candidates will possess: Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Billing processes Working knowledge of purchase orders Previous VMS experience preferred
