Contract Recruiter-  Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Contract Corporate Recruiter for approximately 60-90 days.  This position will focus mainly on corporate recruiting for the St. Louis headquarters as well as the coordination for multiple sites.  Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ability to adapt quickly, be comfortable working with all levels within the organization and have a strong sense of prioritization. 

 

Contract Recruiter (Temp)-  Contract Recruiter Needed!  Our client is seeking Contract Recruiter for a long term assignment.  This position will be responsible for driving and managing the full life cycle recruiting process, work closely with hiring managers, sources, screen and evaluate qualified candidates, facilitate selection process, offer negotiation, closing and work on special projects as needed.  No travel required.  Ideal candidate will have 5 years corporate recruiting experience or a mix of corporate recruiting and staffing experience.  Manufacturing experience a plus.  Compensation based on experience.

 

Contract Senior Recruiter-  Our client is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter for a temporary assignment with a strong possibility for permanent placement.  The Contract Senior Recruiter will handle all full cycle recruitment activities; workload includes an average of 20 – 25 open positions in a variety of areas including Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. This position also includes utilizing multiple methods of sourcing including internet search engines, referrals and cold calling.  This role will manage the candidate process from beginning to end, including tracking & reporting metrics on recruiting activity.  This position will work closely with outside search firms and must be experience in managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications:3-5 years corporate recruiting experience.Ability to prioritize staffing needsWork in fast paced environmentFull cycle recruiting experience a mustAbility to manage vendor relationshipsBuild strong candidate pipeline for upcoming open positions

 Recruiter-  Recruiter Needed!  Our client is seeking a Recruiter to be responsible for driving and managing the full life cycle and new recruiting process.  This position will also work closely with hiring managers, source, screen and evaluate qualified candidates, facilitate selection process, offer negotiations and closings.  Ideal candidate will possess Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related fields and 5 years corporate recruiting experience.  Manufacturing experience a plus.  Compensation is $70-$85K, plus bonus.

 

Contract Recruiter (Long-Term)-  Our client, a long standing organization in the St. Louis area, is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter for a long term contract assignment.  The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years recruiting experience, solid behavioral-based interviewing skills and proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System.  The position will focus on roles in the areas of marketing, finance/accounting and customer service.  Salary is based on experience.
