We are currently seeking a Recruiter for a prestigious company located in Northvale, NJ. Responsibilities include handling all duties associated with the recruiting process; including working with the hiring manager to create and revise job descriptions; placing jobs with recruiting agencies, online, or in newspapers; reviewing resumes; screening and interviewing; salary negotiation; creating offer letters; and working with managers to create training and onboarding schedules. This positions will also handle basic benefit administration. Must be willing to recruit for not only office positions, but for light industrial positions as well. All candidates must have a thorough understanding of full cycle recruiting and related regulatory issues, project management skills, and basic understanding of benefit administration. Must have excellent interpersonal communications and customer service skills, well developed organizational and follow through skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and working knowledge of MS Office.
